Monthly Application Approval Process

The information submitted on the application is primarily used to determine if we have sites available to accommodate your RV. The park layout is an old design and spaces for large vehicles are limited, especially those with multiple slide outs. Other information is used to qualify prospective applicants and will be verified before a long term contract is offered.

Below is a list of documents required before a monthly lease contract will be approved, and all information must be current and valid:

Applicant Documents

  • Driver’s License (Real ID optional)

  • Income/Employment Verification (pay stubs, bank statement, contracts)

Vehicle Documents

  • RV Registration

  • Vehicle Registration

  • Vehicle/RV Insurance cards

Other Documents

  • Pet Licenses/Vaccination Records

  • RV Inspection Report (required in special cases)

Agreement Procedure

Upon verification of the items listed above, applicant will provide the first month’s rent and security deposit, and complete the following documents:

  • Month-to-Month Lease Agreement

  • Emergency Contact

  • Pet Information

Application approval may be revoked if the information is entered incorrectly on the application.  Accurate RV information is required to determine if a site is available.
