Overnight Camping

Full Hookup, Pull-through RV Site: $90 per night

Overnight Camping Sites can accommodate RVs up to about 42 foot travel trailers in the designated pull-through overnight spaces.  

The rate is inclusive of taxes and fees, and there are no additional resort fees, pet fees, or extra person fees. This includes:

  • Access to the restrooms, showers, and laundry facility. 

  • Wi-Fi access, water, sewer, and 30 Amp electric service.

  • Discounts are available, please inquire when contacting the office. 

Tent Camping / Car Camping: $25 per person per night

Tent Camping is available during the summer season.  The rate is inclusive of taxes and fees, and there are no additional resort fees, pet fees, or extra person fees. This includes:

  • Access to the restrooms, showers, and laundry facility.

  • Free Wi-Fi, water, and 10 Amp electric service. 

  • Tent Camping is limited to 3 nights, please speak with the office if you wish to plan an extended stay.  

Monthly Rates

The current monthly rates are listed below.  Rates are subject to change based on space availability.

  • Standard Site (up to 28')*

    $1,150 per month

  • Standard Site (28'-34')*

    $1,300 per month

  • Double Site (over 34')*

    $1,500 per month

  • D Section (35'-40')

    $1,700 per month, includes electricity

  • Extra Person

    $500 per month

  • 17 & Under

    $475 per month

  • Pet Fees

    $25 per month per house pet

  • *Electric Utilities

    Utilities are metered and billed monthly, averaging $160 per stall.

  • Security Deposit

    $500. This is non-refundable for terms less than 2 months.

  • Monthly Rates are available to approved applicants only.

  • Electricity is NOT included unless specified. Water, sewer, and garbage are included.

  • RV and Vehicles must be operational with current registration and insurance.

  • Towing vehicle on-site is required for Travel Trailers. Vehicles over 12 years old are not accepted.

  • No Tiny Homes and Park Models; RV must have holding tanks.

  • Extra motor vehicles are subject to additional fees.

  • Space rental for residential purposes only.

  • Subletting is not allowed.

  • No tenting in RV spaces.

  • All pets must be approved. Limit 2 pets. Illegal species are prohibited.
